With over 70 Million active business Pages, Facebook is one of the largest business platforms in the world. We're looking for an experienced partner marketer, passionate about working with SMBs and SMB aggregator platforms, working in unison with our Local Partnerships Team. This person will be responsible for working closely with our partnerships team to develop a partner marketing strategy and execution for partner programs as well as for the marketing materials Partnership's needs for their outreach. You will help develop a deep understanding of the customer insights, help define the marketing strategy to help address their needs, and execute on plans to help the company build a better relationship with this important audience.

You will help design, launch, evaluate, optimize, and scale programs. You will utilize direct response channels, co-marketing, as well as retention channels, to cost-effectively target SMBs and drive adoption of FB tools. Must have the ability to think about content strategies, offline opportunities, and driving growth as well as coming up with ways to measure success. Strong problem solving and quantitative analytical skills; Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint guru; Keynote is a plus but not required. Strong process and project management skills with successful experience influencing and leading cross-functional teams; Proven ability to build fact-driven business cases from management consulting or other relevant experience; Ideally candidate will have 3-5+yrs of experience specifically working with SMBs. Must be comfortable working in a changing evironment.
BA/BS degree with strong academic background or equivalent experience.
