Develop an owned social strategy to grow followers across channels, including Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional partners to create, support, and execute campaigns and initiatives across social channels, ensuring content adheres to a consistent voice and brand guidelines.
Develop social media guidelines, in partnership with other teams including marketing, creative and customer experience
Work with agencies to build content calendars and assets
Identify new ways to use social platforms to enhance storytelling and interact with audiences.
Implement a robust measurement framework and plan for all owned social activity, in partner
5+ years of social media and community management experience in consumer products, ideally consumer technology.
Ability to craft and manage social editorial calendars and content development, as well as agency partnerships
Proven record of creativity and innovation in the social media space
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, adapt with changing priorities, and balance short-term needs with long-term strategic initiatives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Experience working with agencies and managing budgets
