Social Media Manager

  • Develop an owned social strategy to grow followers across channels, including Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional partners to create, support, and execute campaigns and initiatives across social channels, ensuring content adheres to a consistent voice and brand guidelines.
  • Develop social media guidelines, in partnership with other teams including marketing, creative and customer experience
  • Work with agencies to build content calendars and assets
  • Identify new ways to use social platforms to enhance storytelling and interact with audiences.
  • Implement a robust measurement framework and plan for all owned social activity, in partner
  • 5+ years of social media and community management experience in consumer products, ideally consumer technology.
  • Ability to craft and manage social editorial calendars and content development, as well as agency partnerships
  • Proven record of creativity and innovation in the social media space
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, adapt with changing priorities, and balance short-term needs with long-term strategic initiatives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
  • Experience working with agencies and managing budgets
