Salesforce Administrator

  • Triages and addresses day to day Salesforce inquiries and requests from employees.
  • Help maintain the security of an environment that contains sensitive data.
  • Updating process flows, Visualforce templates, field data, Einstein Analystics Dataflows, and other day to day requests.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Internal Groups and vendor teams to ensure that business needs are being met with systems solutions.
  • Partner with Product and Program teams to help maintain deployment objectives.
  • Work with internal teams to understand their technology needs as they relate to their workflow.
  • Assist with quarterly Business Process Regression Testing (BPRT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes, including scenario and test case generation, end-user testing logistics, testing execution and business sign-off.
  • Conduct business analysis and drive process optimization projects aimed at reducing costs and improving quality.
  • 3+ years experience with CRM data quality management processes, tools and methodologies in Salesforce.com
  • 3+ years business process analysis and systems implementation experience, with experience working on at least 1 large systems implementation project strongly preferred. (preferred HRIS, Service Cloud, Zendesk).
  • 3+ years CRM analyst experience in mid to large size enterprise organizations
  • 3+ years experience with RDBMS technologies such as MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, etc
  • Exstensive exposure to current best-of-breed SaaS-based ETL/middleware tools and processes e.g Informatica cloud 360, clearMDM, DBAmp, Boomi, etc
  • Extensive experience with CRM data visualization tools e.g. Salesforce Reports & Dashboards, Tableau, MicroStrategy, Wave Analytics, ZenDesk Explorer
  • Demonstrated experience in business process mapping, business requirements design, data analysis and end user testing required
  • Excellent organization and project management skills- this will require aggressive planning, organizing and coordinating
  • Solid knowledge and proficiency in Visio, Access and Excel; MS Project proficiency a plus
  • Candidate must be able to work under pressure and within short time constraints.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience strongly preferred.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant preferred.
