Recruiter, Global Sales Organisation-IV

11 Month Contract in Dublin office

  • Manage full cycle recruiting process for our Global Sales Organisation
  • Work with recruiting team members (Recruiters, Sourcers, and Coordinators) to develop, implement, and execute hiring strategy for multiple requisitions
  • Collaborate with client groups to understand their hiring needs and goals
  • Screen resumes and interview qualified candidates
  • Create ongoing diversity engagement plan for the organisation
  • Facilitate interview and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers
  • Maintain data reports and performance metrics on a regular basis
  • Drive the offer process - including extending offers, closing candidates and generating offer letter
  • Act as an internally and externally-facing representative of company and our talent acquisition team

Skills

  • Passionate about company product and able to speak to our technology/industry
  • Extensive experience recruiting and sourcing for Sales/Marketing roles across all levels from entry-level to executive positions within EMEA Recruiting experience across multiple departments and with a multinational company a plus
  • Patient, communicative, team player that is detail oriented and has outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Experience partnering with managers, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process
  • Interest in contributing to company mission and goals
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed

 

Experience

Demonstrated experience hiring for complex roles across EMEA and managing pipelines from mid- Senior level hiring within Sales, Marketing or Analytics
Sector experience – Should be in-house if not a good digital agency
International language ideal such as French, Dutch, German, CEE, Turkish, English
