  • Organize large documents with a goal of making them easy to understand, retain and reference.
  • Organize, restructure, rewrite, standardize and simplify instructional content across various guides.
  • Provide ideas, templates, and formats to simplify long guides.
  • Propose tools, platforms and technology to deliver instructional content to geographically distributed teams and gather feedback in a timely way.
  • Develop visual reference guides and decision trees to improve understanding and application of instructions.
  • Uphold language, user focus and clarity, while contributing to broader discussions about style and voice considerations.
  • Introduce latest ideas in document architecture and instructional design to transform lengthy documentation into easy to understand references and visual guides.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience developing and structuring online user guides, and help manuals.
  • Solid understanding of documentation design, UX and information architecture.
  • Provide samples of your work that that demonstrate expertise in user interaction and documentation strategy.
  • Degree in writing, Instructional Design, publications or a related field.
