Salesforce Product Support

- Support Salesforce HR and recruiting products using Service Cloud ticketing system

- Triaging issues as they come in; resolving or assigning tasks for Salesforce HR and recruiting

- Communicating status and issue resolution upon completion of tasks related to Salesforce HR and recruiting

  • Salesforce.com experience (all Modules)
  • Mid to Large Organization experience.
  • Solid communication skills. (Internal / external clients)
  • Implementation, Training and Documentation experience
  • SOQL experience or some other query language

Salesforce admin certified is a plus
