Maintain a current roster of required trainings and track manager attendance
Coordinate on-boarding trainings for new hires including calendaring of individual presenters, formatting of presentation content, updating of materials and presenters, organization and maintenance of content in shared folders, etc.
Manage recurring calendar invites, attendance, rooms, etc for ProdOps-managed events including quarterly all-hands, monthly technology deep-dives and FAST XFN meetings
Take meeting minutes and translate action items into Tasks
Gather inputs for agenda, and send out prior
Gather updates, conform to template and send team newsletter on bi-weekly basis
Ensure team website content is refreshed on a monthly basis, all links are current, and evergreen resources are updated/maintained.
Organize and manage reference materials/content generated by the team in shared folders that are intuitive and easy to find
What are the top non-negotiable skills required for the role?
Fluency with Google tools (especially Sheets and Slides)
Experience with sr. level executive functions
Organizational skills with keen attention to detail
