Employment Brand Executive

The Employment Brand team is seeking an Employment Brand Executive to manage talent brand initiatives. In this role, you'll promote Facebook as a great place to work and authentically communicate our unique culture to EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) audiences. 

 

You'll be responsible for assisting brand managers in executing and measuring brand programs and will work with stakeholders in Recruiting and Communications.

To be successful in this role, you'll have a passion for effective marketing matched with the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time. You will be an expert at project execution. You thrive within cross-functional teams, excel at building and managing relationships with internal partners and stakeholders, and exhibit excellent organisational skills. 

The successful individual will excel in a fast-paced, creative environment and have a proven track record of shipping great campaigns.

 

EMPLOYMENT BRAND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Day to day supporting EMEA Employment Brand Managers 
  • Project manage employment brand marketing initiatives
  • Build trust and confidence, and develop relationships with our recruiting partners, suppliers and other team members
  • Evaluate metrics, report on campaign results and determine ROI
  • Leverage opportunities to engage employees in employment branding efforts
  • Educate and upskill recruiting team on talent branding
  • Partner and collaborate with internal and external creative agencies and teams to ensure quality, on-time delivery of marketing programs and assets across multiple channels
  • You will manage the financial administration of work, raising purchase orders and tracking spend

 


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in marketing or related field 
  • 5 years+ in a marketing or account management role or equivalent in a creative agency
  • Experience communicating concepts, engaging and influencing colleagues 
  • Demonstrate a track record of managing complex communications across a mix of media for brands
  • Strong written communication and interpersonal skills, accuracy and attention to detail 
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Self-starter with experience working in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Experience working with creative teams, production companies and photographers
  • Experience using advertising tools (ag Facebook Ads Manager)
  • Experience in social media marketing and measurement
