Business Marketing Manager (INTL)

Facebook’s Business Marketing team is looking for a young marketer. You’ll be tasked with a range of responsibilities, all with the goal of educating and inspiring businesses to partner with Facebook. This position requires experience with marketing, strong project management and communication skills. This role requires you to collaborate with not just the larger marketing team, but critical stakeholders in sales and solutions to deliver on the agendas. 

Skills

 

6-8 years’ professional experience in brand/ product management

Confident presence, working with executives both internally and externally

Strong experience in project management and executing marketing campaigns

Strong track record of working well in cross functional teams; ability to hold audience with stakeholders

Experience in producing compelling marketing content for multiple audiences

Ability to work well under pressure, with tight deadlines and have an excellent eye for detail

Creative flair to bring fresh ideas into marketing campaigns

 

Scope:

Lead key marketing programs/ initiatives and deliver them end-to-end from conceptualisation to execution. Partner with sales and other cross functional partners to create and execute marketing strategy to reach out to our agency and advertiser audience in India.

Develop thought-leadership materials designed to enhance our advertisers’, agency partners’ and the industry’s understanding of mobile marketing

Partner with key stakeholders and drive the Education initiative - Facebook Blueprint - amongst key partners like media agencies, creative agencies etc.

Drive reporting and performance assessment and communicate results to key stakeholders in order to rapidly scale successful programs

Work closely with cross-functional counterparts to ensure cohesion and scalability for advertising messaging, campaigns and product launches.

 

Education

Master’s degree in Business, Advertising, Marketing is a must

Experience of having handled brand & product management is a must.
