Partner with teams across Scale to perform diagnostics that identify training need areas.
Design innovative learning solutions and lead special projects in response to need areas including classroom, digital delivery, performance support, and coaching models.
Project manage strategic high-level initiatives with multiple stakeholders to build and strengthen content for our suite of programs, drive participation, and scale across team
Consult with other internal training teams to share best practices and ensure continuity across multiple programs and teams
Perform learning interventions and experiences tailored to the organizational and geographic needs of a wide variety of external audiences
Share responsibilities with Process Lead and Tools lead to drive process and tool adoption
Share feedback for process development and tools requirements with respective team members
5 -7 years in building operational processes and project management experience, with knowledge in process management, operations based projects and with track record building playbooks, training material and implementing processes
Experience managing multiple projects concurrently through to implementation in an operational environment.
Experience in training and/or quality assurance management with demonstrated delivery of program improvement and thought leadership.
Experience working with internal/external stakeholders across multiple geographic regions

Detail-oriented, and organized
Hands on experience of Knowledge management in a tech organization
Experience in managed business transformation and improvement projects
Experience of building and implementing training strategy for an large operational project in a operations project
Understanding of technology products and exp. in managing product adoption/ campaigning for internal stakeholders
Graduate in Mass Communication/ Commerce/ Humanities/Science from a Tier 1 College/ University
