Sales Learning Coordinator, NA Scaled (9991540)
Marketing & Sales
Primary POC for program stakeholder on assigned programs, and consultant for what is operationally/logistically possible
Support the execution of the planning, promotion, enrollment, evaluation process for program managers including all bootcamps in NA Scaled.
Proactively identify and enroll n00bs in outlined courses.
Manage meeting space reservations and logistics (includes Event ticket, AV, catering)
Reserve all speakers (internal or external vendor, as needed) for learning sessions or events
Create and manage program configurations in CSOD.
Provide recommendations for optimizing system and learner needs in CSOD + identify and surface operation challenges.
Manage and communicate attendance tracking for all programs across 400-person org.
Execution of program communications, as directed by stakeholder and vendors (invitations, pre-work, survey, post-program messaging)
Maintenance of assigned programs
Create, track and consult on budget of training programs. Create a system for budget support and insights.
Identify and communicate program risks to stakeholders and Sales Learning Partners, and recommend mitigation solutions
Create, order, and distribute marketing materials for programs.
Maintain program operations documentation (run books, job aids)
Coordinate and order materials and swag
Program reporting and analysis support
Support learners/attendees through Desk.com tickets, email alias, or FB group (as applicable)
Export and package learner data for stakeholders and SLPs.
Data entry into provided reporting template
Support vendor management for end to end logistics such as; POs, budgeting, documentation, signatures, etc
Proactively partner with global coordinators to share best practices and gain insights to create operational efficiencies.
4-6 years of experience required. Open to 3 years for a great candidate.
