WhatsApp Customer Service Rep (9321571)

We're looking for help supporting WhatsApp customers. The work involves high touch customer support via email. WhatsApp Customer Operations' mission is to make each user feel like WhatsApp was made for them. Our focus is  on improving the health of our products by helping people understand how to use them. Those who join our teams are very passionate about solving peoples’ issues, and are strong advocates for WhatsApp users.



Schedule: This will be a regular Monday-Friday shift, agent will work from 8AM - 4:30PM


  • Looking for a self-starter with attention to detail   
  • Contract would be for 3 months minimum with room to renew based on performance
  • Ensure that we are maintaining a high quality support and a high degree of professionalism.
  • Contractor will have access to sensitive user data
  • Contractor will work with our Market team and communicate trends that they're seeing that will help improve our product



  • Fluency in Hindi (written/verbal)
  • 1+ year experience in a customer support/general operations required
  • Ability to quickly absorb training on product and tools functionality
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Self-starter
  • Communicates clearly (verbal and written)
  • Passionate WhatsApp user
  • Ability to perform well autonomously
  • Penchant for web technology (consumer of various web and mobile apps)
  • Strong interest in quality and user experience.

Undergraduate degree preferred, but equivalent experience in online operations support is okay as well.
