We're looking for help supporting WhatsApp customers. The work involves high touch customer support via email. WhatsApp Customer Operations' mission is to make each user feel like WhatsApp was made for them. Our focus is on improving the health of our products by helping people understand how to use them. Those who join our teams are very passionate about solving peoples’ issues, and are strong advocates for WhatsApp users.
Schedule: This will be a regular Monday-Friday shift, agent will work from 8AM - 4:30PM
Undergraduate degree preferred, but equivalent experience in online operations support is okay as well.
