Business Marketing Manager – ANZ

 We're looking for an experienced marketing professional to join our Global Business Marketing team to help develop and drive our B2B marketing efforts focused on specific industries, across the ANZ region. This person take a strategic approach to marketing Facebook’s advertising solutions -  by creating marketing programs and thoughtful narratives that combine first and third-party research, which drive partner value and product adoption. The ideal candidate is a strategic problem solver that can utilise both creative and analytical experience to build and execute impactful marketing strategies. This role incorporates all aspects of B2B marketing including supporting our global, regional and local programs, inspiring through thought-leadership, and engaging the industry eco-system for various sectors.  This is a 12-month contract position, based in our Sydney office.


  • Build, communicate and execute strategic marketing plans that are aligned with the goals of the sales and marketing organisation
  • Manage a small team to create content and deliver on the marketing plan
  • Produce inspirational narratives and marketing collateral that resonates with advertisers and business leaders
  • Extensive project management of marketing initiatives – implement best practice  project and program management
  • Grow adoption of the Facebook family of apps and services through developing audience-led partner education
  • Collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams & external partners to build programs and narratives for key priority audiences and industry sectors in ANZ
  • Build relationships with our ANZ stakeholders and global marketing teams to identify how to grow specific industry verticals




  • 8 – 10+ years of relevant B2B, consumer marketing or agency experience
  • Experience defining, developing, and leading audience-led marketing content and activations to drive engagement, reach and growth
  • Experience translating complicated concepts into simplified communications
  • Proven understanding of quantitative research and track record of using data to support points of view
  • Proven experience partnering with cross-functional teams and ability to influence and collaborate across a matrix organization
  • Understanding of the Australian marketing landscape and advertising industry
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment

Preferably, this person will have experience marketing in the automotive, retail, travel or financial services industry.
