Support Learning & Development H2 priorities and programs specifically focused on D&I, through special projects, including but not limited to: design and development of a D&I team solution, further work on the D&I learning framework and building out an IC deeper dive and/or manager deeper dive solution.

Design and develop of a D&I team solution – this will be created for Directors and VPs and will require executive leadership support and buy-in. This implies working with very senior leaders to understand their needs, and propose a solution that will garner support. This also implies very significant XFN partnership with the D&I function, and internal Communications and Marketing.
D&I learning framework - this is a heavy lift in that the work requires a build of a framework and socialization with Lori Goler, Janelle Gale and HRBP Leads as well as L&D Client Leads.
IC deeper dive and/or manager deeper dive solution – these are learning solutions that would be deployed globally through the company. Again, gaining support and buy-in and testing content solutions with XFN stakeholders will be critical.
Bachelor degree required
