Media Operations Contractor (8616628)

  • Maintain and improve help content in the Media Support Portal (www.facebook.com/help/media)
  • Coordinate translations for help content and support forms
  • Manage access to tools and support channels
  • Troubleshoot tools issues and support engineers and stakeholders with bug fixes

  • BA/BS degree or higher
  • 1+ years experience in online operations, customer service, or IT
  • 1+ years of experience with XML or HTML
  • 1+ years of experience with SQL preferred, but not required
  • Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and ability to perform well autonomously
  • Able to assess, quantify, and implement process improvements
  • Able to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across multiple function and timezones
