Maintain and improve help content in the Media Support Portal (
Coordinate translations for help content and support forms
Manage access to tools and support channels
Troubleshoot tools issues and support engineers and stakeholders with bug fixes
Help improve internal processes and systems
BA/BS degree or higher
1+ years experience in online operations, customer service, or IT
1+ years of experience with XML or HTML
1+ years of experience with SQL preferred, but not required
Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and ability to perform well autonomously
Able to assess, quantify, and implement process improvements
Able to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across multiple function and timezones
