Consumer Marketing is now a 500+ organization across Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and Messenger and includes core cross-functional teams across product marketing, brand, creative, communications planning, analytics, research, events and international marketing. The intense growth Facebook overall has experienced, coupled with the rapid expansion of scope and responsibilities for Consumer Marketing, has created opportunities for a more strategic approach to planning, operationalizing, executing, and measuring our work.
As part of the Strategy & Ops team within Consumer Marketing, the Strategy & Ops Manager will aid with strategic projects and initiatives, including getting to decisions on marketing investments, and assessing our marketing performance and return on investment. S/he ideally is passionate about technology, social media, and marketing and has exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills. S/he must be able to succeed in a fast paced environment and be able to thrive in and work with cross- functional teams.
