Candidate Care Liaison

Facebook is seeking a highly organized, amiable person to be the candidate care liaison for candidates that will interview. This is a 6-month contracted opportunity through PRO Unlimited onsite at Facebook supporting the coordination and recruiting team with the primary objective of welcoming candidates in an efficient and professional manner providing them with a superb candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting candidates upon arrival and escorting them to interview rooms; ensuring that they are checked in and registered
  • Escorting candidates back to reception after interviews
  • Prepping interview rooms prior to candidates arrival
  • Remaining with candidates during scheduled breaks; providing tours were required
  • Ensuring a high-touch, personalized experienced is delivered for candidates when completing the above
  • Problem solving any issues that may occur when a candidate is interviewing 
  • Secondary responsibility - Completion of ad-hoc admin tasks as required in a timely manner, including;
  • Managing meeting rooms requests
  • Utilizing tools to: set up interviewer preferences, tag interviewers, set up online training sessions
  • Ordering candidate SWAG

Requirements

  • High-energy, articulate, and friendly personality with a customer-service mindset
  • Experience in customer service related fields
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and calendaring
  • Ability to problem solve in a fast pace environment
  • Please note: this role may require working hour flexibility.
