Partnerships Project Manager

Facebook is seeking a detail-oriented individual to help with project management, partner outreach, and ongoing support for the Entertainment Talent and Global Thought Leader partnership team. Media Partnerships is a rapid growth organization that connects people with the public figures, creators and media publishers they care about.


We are looking for candidates with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple fast-moving, and high-priority projects simultaneously. This is an extraordinary opportunity to work on dynamic programs in an exciting, fast-paced environment on the entertainment partnerships team. This position is for approximately 9 months (as parental leave coverage) based in Menlo Park or Los Angeles. 


Public Figure Development Coordinator's role is to manage day-to-day needs of partner outreach programs, including data management, email outreach, and assisting and educating partnerships prospects across the Entertainment Talent and Global Thought Leader verticals.

Responsibilities  

  • General program and partner management for the Entertainment Talent and Global Thought Leader team. This includes partner and program support, execution and development, general project planning, as well as new programming opportunities

  • Support the creation of communications, educational and partner materials

  • Drive ideation, creation and production of events, program elements and collateral materials

  • Assist in organizing events

  • 5  - 7 years experience 

  • Highest levels of project management skill, with exceptional attention to detail

  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills

  • Experience working cross-functionally, both internally and externally

  • Interest in entertainment and technology

  • Ability to prioritize multiple high-priority projects simultaneously

  • Professional and mature demeanor, able to interact effectively with all levels of seniority, both internally and externally

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative and dynamic work environment

  • Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail

  • Experience with CRM tools is a plus
