Work directly with internal Facebook teams and the LATAM Blueprint training team to activate, organize and deliver in-person training across LATAM, focused on LATAM markets, in order to supplement Facebook’s eLearning platform.
Follow markets calendars for training, using all existing curricula: Live, Spotlights, etc.
Help on the coordination of the training and follow up in order to assure outline is followed and attendance goals are achieved.
Deliver 50/60 days of full day training per year
Perform learning interventions and experiences tailored to the organizational and geographic needs of a wide variety of external audiences.
Maintain a strong base of Facebook and Instagram solutions knowledge and act as a training resource within sessions to deliver education to external stakeholders.
Continually work to ensure all training materials are consistent, up to date and in line with larger training goals and initiatives within the global Blueprint team
Minimum of 50% travel
Training delivery experience
Knowledge of the Facebook Family of Apps and Services tools and solutions, specifically the Direct Response suite of products
Experience implementing digital marketing campaigns (Facebook, Google, etc)
Consulting and relationship management experience
Problem solving experience
Knowledge of digital marketing and advertising teams within the media agencies ecosystem
