Recruitment Marketing PM, Branded Interview Outreach (9911474)

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to deliver a candidate interview program that meaningful prepares each candidate for their interview and scales our process to deploy related prep materials at each stage. This role is within the Attract function, part of the Recruiting Programs and Operations team.

Responsibilities

  • Discover and understand current ecosystem and existing models of interview preparation processes and materials across the North America recruiting team 
  • Develop framework, best practices and toolkit to support recruiters in preparing candidates for their onsite interview in partnership with attract (employer brand, marketing and creative) compliance, recruiting learn, diversity recruiting programs and recruiting teams
  • Measure and track success metrics and outcomes of work streams
  • Gather and leverage feedback and data to constantly refine best practices and tools, plus make recommendations for process improvement 
  • Drive successful alignment among stakeholders in order to accomplish project and workstream plans, escalating risks and issues as appropriate 
  • Manage multiple concurrent work streams that require inputs from cross-functional stakeholders 

Skills

  • 5+ years of experience across recruiting or marketing programs 
  • Proven skills in program management and strategy analysis with a data driven approach to solving problems and making recommendations 
  • Self-directed with strong time management and organizational skills, plus the ability to work across concurrent priorities 
  • Possesses excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence across stakeholders with attention to detail and thorough follow-up 
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity while moving program to operational excellence across processes and resources that achieve team effectiveness
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Programs, Google Drive and Microsoft SharePoint
