The Technical Project Manager has the responsibility for help scale the team with getting the seller side of commerce checkout to a more steady state as we are hitting our holiday milestones. This person will be working with different teams to get this going and communicating it to others, creating the partnerships necessary to achieve targeted results, and hitting key milestones. Commerce Checkout and Platform seeks a Technical Project Manager for an exciting project involving getting seller experience up and running end to end. This role will closely work with one of our Technical Program Managers to scope out, plan, and drive the deliverables for the project, coordinating both internal and external teams that will execute on the project tasks and deliverables.
Engaging with various teams and merchants to understand their needs and gaps based on overall defined business process · Coordinate integration meetings between internal teams and outside merchants and vendors to develop optimal solutions · Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints · Assisting the TPM through light administrative duties.
At minimumim, a Bachelor's degree in management, business or a related field, as well as professional certification and extensive related experience · Experience in e-commerce a plus
