Training Program Coordinator (8925225)


Facebook is looking for an experienced training coordinator to join the Community Operations Global Training Team (CO GTT). This position will partner with our global learning business partners to assess, define and develop coordination solutions to address specific learning needs across the GTT. The ideal candidate will have experience using LMS systems, exceptional organizational skills, strong communication skills, project management and problem solving capabilities. This role will serve as a mediator between global learning business partners and our outsourced scheduling team in Manila, Philippines.



  • Manage relationship with outsourced scheduling team through weekly syncs and on-going conversations, ensuring timely execution
  • Managing meeting space reservations and logistics (includes Event ticket, AV, catering)
  • Reserve speaker (internal or external vendor, as needed) for learning sessions or events
  • Set-up and manage program configurations in LMS (Cornerstone), training programs and internal tools
  • Manage enrollment, attendance tracking, provide routine reporting, and compiling evaluation/survey data for each session on a bi-weekly basis
  • Pull HR data (ex. Salesforce) & filter as required for organization and enrollment purposes
  • Conduct assessment and advise on course deployment approach (target audience, course format, materials, timeframe, expectations around modifications, exams/assessments, etc.)
  • Manage and send all program communications (learner, speaker, and guest facilitator invitations, pre-work, survey, post-program messaging)
  • Manage relationship with facilities to ensure proper room set up by program, assisting with set up and take down
  • Manage relationships with XFN FB Partners and Global Training Team (e.g. manage weekly meeting outcomes with: Global BPs, Facilities, IT/Cornerstone, etc.)
  • Communicate program calendar and status of programs to recruiting, n00b managers, and global BPs on defined cadence
  • Maintain and improve coordination workflows and standardize globally
  • Coordinate and order materials and swag, assist in delivery of on-boarding packages
  • Support learners/attendees through tickets, email alias, or FB group (as applicable)
  • Secure vendor Purchase Orders (POs) for all programs
  • Maintenance of internal team Wiki page

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Min. 2+ years of program coordination and logistics experience
  • Experience working with an LMS (Cornerstone) and SCORM requirements
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Ability to work autonomously in fast-paced environment, adaptable
  • Experience using standard publishing tools (Microsoft Office and Adobe products)
  • Ability to leverage creativity and innovative thinking to program coordination
  • Strong desire to collaborate, share, drive best practices

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with basic HTML and creating/editing wikis or internal websites
  • Experience working with Airtable or similar tool
