Define CRM vision, implementation roadmap (with the CRM and tools engineering team), and opportunities for internal tools and platforms that drive operational excellence, across Early Stage Partnerships - Payments, Commerce and Developer Partnerships.
Design and implement process improvements (including automation) that reduce the non-value-added work for partner managers and provide them with insights.
Develop strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, gather requirements and prioritize according to business value and impact.
Design and produce reports if needed
Manage projects and programs in an agile environment– provide backlog management, iteration planning, user stories, workflow documentation.
5+ years of experience in CRM and other tools implementation and program management
Proficient with Salesforce and other CRM tools like Dynamics
Proficient in Excel / SpreadSheets analysis and Powerpoint/Slides
Experience scoping requirements and implementing tools across a large global organization
Experience in establishing operational discipline and rhythm
Minimum Qualification - Bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics, business, or other quantitative disciplines
