The Global Partner Program Manager is responsible for the overall development, launch, execution and maintenance of Workplace’s new Global Partner Program. You will work cross functionally with key stakeholders and owners of associated programs and initiatives that make up the Global Channel Program: Rebates & Incentives, Deal Registration, Lead Distribution, Partner Marketing and Partner Operations. You will also coordinate with internal business partners to monitor global partner programs and ensure each is effectively delivering against the company’s and the region’s financial and business objectives
You will have a strong voice in the execution of the program strategy and vision across all partner program platforms (PRM, Incentives – Rebates/Incentives/Rewards/Deal Registration/Lead Distribution) as well as ensure all program KPI’s are measured and reported to both internal stakeholders and external partners participating in the program.
Launch and manage global partner program in coordination with matrixed stakeholders designed to evolve Workplace to a value-based partner program which is mutually profitable and makes Workplace easier to do business with while enabling future growth for partners in a world of “as a service” transformation
Develop, execute, and manage program development process designed to scope, prioritize, develop, socialize, refine, launch, and manage new and/or update existing programs within time frame
Collaborate with cross functional resources in developing and updating programs, critical business policies / processes and develop associated documentation for internal selling and external partner use
Conceive new programs ideas or identify program updates utilizing key financial, program and partner metrics and eliciting feedback from internal and partner constituents globally to evolve Workplace’s partner programs
Socialize and execute program updates with appropriate messaging for channel sales and channel marketing to communicate to partners in timely fashion
Conduct ongoing reviews with Partner Experience team to ensure current & new programs are performing optimally and properly aligned to partner segments
Track partner progress and results as well as Workplace’s performance against partner expectations across all programs by leveraging multiple platforms (Salesforce.com, PRM, POS, Incentives, LMS) to create useful reporting and dashboards that quickly analyze and identify partner status, health, and opportunities for growth
Manage the Workplace Partners community and share a set of directions, tools, content, and resource links to enable the Workplace partner’s marketers to share strong campaigns on the social landscape and by the sales team to execute the sales play and joint events.
Proven channel and partner program management experience in a 2-tier distribution go to market model
Depth of experience in channel and partner management experience
UC&C and Networking, Productivity
Proficient in all aspects of managing a global channel partner program including strategy, P&L, partner program automation applications: PRM, Salesforce.com, LMS, Incentives
Adept at addressing cultural and geographic differences in global program implementation.
Analytical and data-driven, using complex datasets strategically to create improvements, provide practical business insights and persuade others.
Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment
SaaS Vendor experience preferred
Demand generation experience preferred
