Client Solutions Manager (INTL)

Client Solutions Manager function in managing day to day operational tasks, such as: Provide answers to product questions and assist in product/tools education Provide troubleshooting support to resolve issues by investigating issue and managing troubleshooting process Identify optimization opportunities Manage account creation process Submit and manage operational requests with GSS team Assist in RFP process Assist reporting needs

Ability to communicate, collaborate and work effectively on a team High intellectual curiosity and hunger to learn in ambiguous environment Excellent written and vertical communication Proven ability to be able to manage multiple work streams at a time with high attention to detail Advanced Excel skills and experience working with data preferred Strong passion for problem solving and customer service Passion for Facebook and general knowledge of advertising industry.



  • Identify up-sell opportunities across your accounts and partner with the Client Partners to drive incremental revenue
  • Relationship & Management
  • Build and manage relationships with key clients and agency partners (media, creative, PMD, etc.)
  • Project manages complex work streams
  • XFN collaboration of projects
  • Media Planning, Strategy & Measurement
  • Manages and consults on complex advertising solutions and integrations
  • Outlines measurement solution based upon key KPI’s
  • Platform & roduct Expert
  • Articulate and update clients on FB product and developments
  • Responsible for educating clients and agencies on best practices
  • Drives product innovation based upon client needs



  • 3+ years’ experience working directly with marketing, media and/or consulting companies and demonstrated leadership experience required
  • Strong performance marketing background
  • Experience with the industry or business trends in the industry (Direct Response marketing, data and technology solutions, ad-tech, partnerships, CRM)
  • Experience working effectively with XFN teams and all levels of management (internally and externally)
  • Relationships with marketing decision makers in industry
  • Advanced Excel skills, experience with analyzing datasets and delivering actionable insights
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining strict attention to details
  • Ability to communicate, collaborate and work effectively on a team
  • Understanding of major advertising success metrics
  • Extensive experience as a Facebook user and familiarity with client ad products
