Content Strategist (8713690)

    1. Drive and monitor a list of product improvement suggestions
    2. Plan, write, edit, test and improve content including interface language, product education materials, product names, navigational nomenclature and other content for Facebook products.

    3. Support the UX content for one or more features, working with design, marketing and research to write and test language
    4. Monitor testing feedback for items to add to a fix list
    5. Gather insights from Facebook's Help Center, website and call center to add to a fix list
    6. Prioritize and make content fixes based on content insights (above) and ongoing user research findings
    7. Help apply and maintain consistency with a developing set of content standards
    1. A proactive self- starter who needs minimal supervision and thrives in a fast-paced environment
    2. A cross-functional team player who is comfortable with ambiguity
    3. Proven experience assessing timelines and deliverables and managing time and workload
    4. Experience working on content for both hardware and software, especially for social products
    5. Excellent written and verbal communicator
    6. Able to give and receive feedback
    7. Experience partnering with research, engineering, product design and marketing

Education: Minimum of Bachelors degree

Experience: 5+ years working experience minimum, background in hardware, software and social preferred
