The training coordinator role is the primary contact for coordinating and scheduling all training initiatives. This includes securing rooms for training delivery, setting up calendar invites, posting courses to our internal LMS, communicating training availability and reminders to course attendees. Manage rosters/attendees for all training programs and maintain and update registration and training completions. Support training program managers in the delivery of their training programs. Manage SME facilitator pipeline for future training deliveries by location and ensuring their availability by course delivery. Support Learning Lead with scheduling and coordinating calendar, strategic learning events and any associated travel requests if needed. Collect, compile and report results of attendance and overall training data. Supports enrolling employees with any questions related to course enrollment and attendance.
