Facebook is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join the Candidate Care team. Recruiting Coordinators ensure that best practices are in place to provide an innovative, first class candidate experience and quality support to our Recruiting Teams. In addition, the Recruiting Coordinator will collaborate with other coordinators on project initiatives to streamline interview processes as it relates to creating a delightful, best-in-class experience for every candidate.

Skills

Responsibility: • Support all recruiting operations with a focus on scheduling interviews, organizing candidates’ travel and candidate expense process • Communicate professionally, timely and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times with Facebook employees and candidates • Partner with Recruiters/Sourcers and Hiring teams to improve recruiting efficiency or procedures, produce reports using data analytics to provide insights • Lead/participate in projects to enhance candidate experience, process and tools efficiency • Collaborate with global candidate care teams on projects, events and other recruiting initiatives

Minimum Requirement:

• 4 years of experience in Human Resources or Recruiting programs/operations • Experience with supporting high volume and complex recruitment activity across APAC or globally • Project management experience and ability to speak to data and analytics, tools and databases

Preferred Requirement:

• Team player who can learn quickly in a fast-paced environment, able to work with individuals from different backgrounds and experience • Ability to build strong relationship with leadership team • Ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks while managing their work time efficiently
