Training and Video Specialist

As the Training & Video Specialist in Legal Support Services, you will be responsible for the learning content of internal products. You will obtain necessary technical content from subject matter experts to translate into informative, engaging and visually compelling training and videos for a variety of audiences. In addition, you may also have opportunities to do some project management for various training and video requests. This role will be based in London.



  • Develop high-quality learning experiences in both web-based (eLearning) and instructor-led environments. 
  • Conduct and present in-person training sessions as needed. 
  • Create training video and support the maintenance for our online training courses serving customers and employees detailing the full functionality of our products. 
  • Continually work to ensure all training materials are consistent and up-to-date and are satisfying team training goals and objectives.
  • Monitor, evaluate and develop strategy training program effectiveness.



  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods: in-classroom training and e-learning 
  • Experience with video tutorials softwares such as (non-exhaustive) Articulate Storyline, Camtasia. 
  • Experience adjusting to changes in priorities or scope of projects. 
  • Experience managing multiple deadlines and delivering multiple projects at once. 
  • Experience with communications across functional boundaries and/or globally. 
  • Experience working both independently and in a team environment.


BA/BS degree in education or equivalent experience.
