Strategic Partner Development IV

Experienced leader to build and enhance successful partnerships with key global influencers and entertainment talent. Work to influence internal and external partners and implement strategic partnerships plans that support the team goals. High levels of creativity and strategic thinking, as well as strong external relationships, to help partners develop innovative social experiences. Handle day-to-day operations with top partners, field and prioritize incoming requests, troubleshoot partner issues and improve partner performance. Manage strategy, implementation and optimization of company’s strategic partnerships with public figures and organizations. Collaborate with partners to develop and execute innovative and high impact partnerships. Work closely with Partnerships colleagues to coordinate on key industry opportunities (e.g. around key events, shows, product launches, etc.). Be an internal advocate with cross-functional teams ranging from product and engineering to communications and sales. Negotiate and manage complex strategic programs that drive growth and engagement. Operationalize and set strategy for partner integrations across team. Lead strategy and outreach efforts with public figures and industry influencers to develop innovative and high impact partnerships. Track, analyze and communicate quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partners. Experience in an agency, publicity firm, talent management, studios, networks or tech. Knowledge in the traditional entertainment and media industries. Demonstrated experience thinking strategically about issues and influence internal and external stakeholders. Leadership experience with experience working independently and cross-functionally to drive multiple projects. Experience working cross-functionally with all levels of management.

  • 7+ years of industry experience in social media, digital media, account management, partnerships or marketing strategy and in the Lifestyle space
  • Experience driving partnership or strategy at a media company, impacting a diverse set of news, entertainment and lifestyle industries
  • Understands the landscape of digital publishers on social platforms, their priorities for audience and growth
    • Understanding of the entertainment and publishing ecosystems on Facebook & Instagram
    • Basic knowledge of on-platform monetization and audience dev tools/features
