Executive Assistant/ Contract Administrator

Job Description:

The EA/Contract Administrator will perform a wide variety of administrative duties to support the AR/VR Operations Legal team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, finalizing and routing of contracts for signatures, maintenance of templates and trackers, scheduling, preparing expense reports and helping the team on administrative tasks and project management tasks as needed. 

 

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Minimum 4 years of Administrative experience 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Sharepoint) and Google tools (G:drive, G:doc, Google sites)
