Americas Marketing Operations Specialist





A) Analytical support: Consulting and analytical support for reports and analyzes to assist in demand planning and quarterly allocation of marketing budget. Reporting and performance analysis of campaigns and marketing channels based on data provided by Facebook. Business data consolidation and insights generated from the customer profiles and user behavior to help in the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.


B) Marketing Operations for Events:Marketing operations support in the region, including the creation and management of campaigns in Salesforce, dashboards analysis and event reports. Support the follow up process execution by uploading the leads on Sales Force and creating the email cadences on Outreach. 


C) Marketing Operations for Lead Generation: Support the operations of lead generation campaigns, including the creation and management of campaigns on Salesforce and the integrations in Marketo. 




a) Analytical support:

● Planning - working in partnership with the regional marketing management to propose, monitor and report marketing targets on a quarterly basis

● Reports - create, manage and maintain dashboards and reports to track marketing and sales KPIs. Compile key points weekly, monthly and quarterly using Facebook resources, software and technology

● Targeting - Data Enrichment to target child accounts and other company groups in our target leads.

● Budgets - work with the regional marketing team to collaborate with analysis and data in allocating budgets based on campaign performance.

● Analyzes - make analyzes based on information available in the online customer funnel, suggest and identify opportunities that may lead to improvements in the performance of marketing campaigns. 


b) Marketing Operations for Events:

● Marketing operations support for field marketing programs in the region

● Organize event campaigns and upload leads on Salesforce

○ Salesforce campaign management and audience profile for Database Marketing

○ Create email sequences on Outreach and upload prospect lists on the tool.

○ RSVP for VIP events

○ Data Hygiene for Leads Contacts, in order to avoid uploading already customer leads. 

● Management the event campaign in Salesforce:

○ Create event campaigns and dashboards

○ Support in the lead scoring project and creation of automated reports on Saleforce

● Follow-up process:

○ Lead the event monitoring process and interact with the Marketing and Market Start teams

○ Create report and follow up with Sales team

● Weekly updates of marketing activities and reports (events)


c) Marketing Operations for Lead Generation:

● Produce monthly reports from leads generated from regional marketing campaigns

● Create a quarterly lead generation forecast for LATAM and the campaign calendar

● Consolidate and align reporting requirements and dashboards for marketing campaigns

● Develop insightful data and learning via raw data for campaign analysis
