Technical Business Analyst (9418496)

Duties


  • Engage with potential customers to understand their business objectives and demonstrate the value proposition of Workplace
  • Identify key system architecture components and work with the global SA team to identify and propose solutions to unblock deployments
  • Work and assist sales in the development of RFP responses and drive to close new opportunities
  • Assist the global SA team in remote technical troubleshooting
  • Ability to travel approximately 25% of time
  • Deliver customized pre-sales technical presentation and product demonstrations to customers

Skills


Skills:
  • Experience as a Sales/Pre-sales Engineer, Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, Programmer Analyst or Solution Architect or allied functions
  • Proficient in English and Portuguese, reading, writing and conversational
  • Understanding and experience with RESTful APIs
  • Understanding and experience with security protocols (SAML, Kerberos, etc.) and enterprise user management systems (e.g. Active Directory), SSO and User Provisioning 
  • Understanding of Enterprise SaaS business and deployments
  • Experience working with Sales Teams as a sales engineer or a pre-sales engineer
  • Experience communicating to technical and business audiences
  • Have a general understanding of cloud software systems 
Bonus points for:
  • Understanding of the usage of web technologies such as TCP/IP, HTTP, HTML, JavaScript
  • Experience with cloud identity providers such as Azure AD, Okta, OneLogin, GSuite, Ping Identity
  • Experience working with cloud identity providers and collaboration tools

Education


Bachelor of Science in computer software, Information Technology or associated fields.
