We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our Communications and Public Policy Recruiting Team. The candidates that you will be working with are leading narratives around all products at Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Oculus and Messenger. They are working on some of the most challenging issues the company faces including privacy, encryption, and new regulation. This is a contractor position that will support our Communications & Public Policy teams and will be based in our Menlo Park, California; San Francisco, California; or Washington DC offices.
Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple, complex searches
Collaborate with Hiring Managers throughout the recruiting process to ensure we meet their hiring needs and goals
Create innovative sourcing and engagement strategies to bring the best talent to each role
Partner with Sourcers to develop and execute fully comprehensive sourcing plans, analyzing job requirements to determine target profiles
Coordinate with recruiting teammates to innovate our research strategy for talent identification, market mapping, and competitor analysis
Evolve our processes to streamline and innovate how we work with the business
Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with key cross-functional stakeholders internally (e.g. Legal, Finance, HR, Compensation)
Maintain and leverage data, reports, and performance metrics to drive improvements as needed
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Experience influencing leadership and executive teams
Experience managing multiple tasks under timelines and shifting priorities
Experience developing and executing sourcing/recruitment plans for searches
Experience solving problems
8+ years of total experience with a mixture of professional services, consulting, and recruiting
Experience with project and process management
Knowledge of compensation and general HR requirements as related to hiring
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Policy, or similar field
