Triage Specialist

Responsibilities: 

  • Investigate product quality of Facebook’s Portal hardware products 
  • Understand and communicate product launch risk and severity of issues to partners 
  • Meticulously document findings  
  • Communicate effectively with both beta users and cross functional partners in Product, Software, Hardware, Supply Chain & Customer Support  
  • Develop test cases and scenarios in order to pinpoint the root cause of product bugs

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills 


  • Experience adhering to the guidelines of multiple projects at once with different timelines/senses of urgency

  • Strong product sense and attention to detail

Are there any specific educational background or certifications needed for this position?

  • Strong English communication skills (Written and verbal) are required. Experience working with agile methodologies is also preferred
