We’re looking for an experienced Salesforce developer to join our People Experience & Infrastructure team to support our Salesforce Service Cloud instance. We are growing our HR operations instance of Salesforce to support the companies' case management system. When people at Facebook have a question about their employment, benefits or life at Facebook, they are able to access a rich online self-service informational experience that lives on an internal company HR portal. When that online self-service experience is not enough, people are able to submit a question (via various automated mechanisms) and have that question fielded by the Support Team within HR Operations. This is a highly complex system that manages incident volume, routing and resolution worldwide.
