Administrative Assistant (8853734)

  • Provide day-to-day support to up to 3 Directors including: complex calendar management for internal and external meetings and completing expense reports
  • Collaborate with other Administrative Assistants to share best practices and resources and support each other, as needed
  • Support projects that require cross group collaboration & coordination
  • Manage team meeting schedules, structure and agenda follow up
  • Plan and manage budgets and logistics for team offsites and events
  • Partner with facilities team on space planning and enhancements
  • Build cross functional relationships with key partners in other departments

*Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Quip, Concur, Minutes, Event Planning, Budget

 

  • 4+ years of experience providing administrative support to 1 or more executives
  • 4+ years of calendar management and expense report management experience for 1 or more executives
  • Experience prioritizing multiple projects
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent computer skills and proficient user of Outlook and Concur
  • Incredibly organized and detail-oriented with proven ability to prioritize multiple assignments
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to operate with a high level of confidentiality
  • Strong scheduling and travel coordination skills
  • Thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere
  • Able to think, plan and execute quickly and resourcefully both autonomously and as part of a broader team
  • Must be flexible and able to quickly react to last minute changes
  • Be self-directed and take initiative
  • Active knowledge of how to engage team members and managers to make quick and effective transitions

BA/BS or equivalent experience
