We are looking for a person to be a part of the People Operations Team. The person will help deliver excellent people services to our growing workforce. We are looking for someone who delivers ‘best in class’ employee experience, enjoys solving problems, building and figuring out the best way to do things and is passionate about supporting employee's and connecting them with the resources and information that they need.
Develop a strong knowledge of all Facebook HR processes and policies including leaves, payroll, benefits, time-off, relocation.
Support regular HR activities for our APAC offices, specially India
Work with the HRBP to support employee wide programs including Employee Feedback, Appraisal Readiness, Organisation Support, New Entity Readiness etc.
Project manage region specific ‘People Projects’ working with global and regional stakeholders.
Provide HR support to our employees in person and through our ticketing system
Provide support and knowledge to the business throughout the employee lifecycle (onboarding, transfers, performance cycles, leaves of absence and off boarding)
Focused, global, project work on the enhancement of the employee life cycle through process improvements, automation, data & insights
Reporting and analytics based on organization needs and driving insights for HRBPs using existing dashboards, HRIS data, and leveraging our people data team
Help scale HR programs by running HR connect sessions in various markets
Create and maintain partnerships with geographically distributed HRBPs, Employee Relations specialists, and specialty HR Operations teams (recruiting, compensation, finance, benefits, immigration, payroll, mobility, HRIS)
Operational excellence around inputting data into Workday and oversee audits to verify data discrepancies between systems; Maintain ongoing employee files in Document Management System
7+ years People Operations / Human Resources experience
Familiar with India labor law, regulations and cultural nuances
A high level of project management and data capabilities
Experience with employee lifecycle (onboarding, transfers, performance cycles, leaves of absence and offboarding)
Ability to manage ambiguity and perform in fast paced environment
Analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to handle sensitive matters
Proficient in MS Office and Excel (Pivots, VLookups, Charts/graphs) and ability to tell a story with data
Self-directed and possess excellent communication skills
Ability to work across various levels of the organization, while building trust and fostering collaboration
Experience at a fast-paced, high growth Tech company
Experience with Workday or similar HRIS system
Experience as an HR Generalist
Experience working with or in support of diverse communities
