The primary role of the Marketing Coordinator for the Business Education is to support the team in planning, producing and executing brand experiences at a variety of industry and proprietary events. The coordinator will be the nerve center of the team, facilitating communication within and across departments to ensure that the group works cohesively and that the larger team is abreast of their planning and activations. The job requires excellent written and oral communications, an understanding of the event planning process, production time lines and requirements, and a passion for managing and communicating event data and details in a variety of formats. The role requires excellent multi-tasking and problem solving skills, familiarity with computer hardware and software and a love of organization. This job includes domestic travel to execute events. Must be flexible to work with changing priorities.
Work independently to oversee event project planning support including timeline, communications schedule, and project plan creation, tracking and reporting. Input and manage information through internal shared documents and communication pages. Manage asset tracking and storage for all events and executions, working closely with vendors and Creative Services to ensure use of up to date images, logos, copy and legal waiver language
BA or BS required. Passion for education. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
