University Recruiter (9637212)

  • Manage the applicant flow from diversity programs
  • Manage experience for students throughout their internship, including onboarding, performance evaluation, and conversion process
  • Drive offer process - including extending offers, closing candidates, and generating offer letters
  • Screen resumes and interview qualified candidates
  • Facilitate interview and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers
  • Ensure smooth and consistent candidate experience
  • Lead the planning and coordination for university events and local, regional and national recruiting conferences focused on diversity
  • Provide diversity reports and updates to appropriate sub-teams and function
  • Provide opportunities for community building and networking throughout
  • Passionate about the Facebook product and able to speak to our technology/industry
  • 2+ years experience in recruiting university candidates
  • 1+ years of Diversity focused initiative support and/or a strong passion for furthering diversity recruitment
  • Solid tech and industry knowledge with ability to understand relevant tech skills, target companies, engineering schools, conferences, open source communities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed
  • Bachelors Degree or higher
