Build headcount reporting capabilities to create workforce transparency – including reporting ability for different teams, regions, and process areas.
Communicate technical challenges and opportunities related to underlying headcount data infrastructure.
Evaluate additional information needs and recommend appropriate system changes or enhancements to meet the needs.
Write, maintain, and support a variety of queries in service of reporting project and to readily identify exceptions from the standard headcount process.
Maintain appropriate documentation regarding all technical and design details related to headcount reporting. Keep track of milestones, upcoming deliverables, dependencies, and communicate proactively regarding any risks to the projects
Provide on-going and frequent status updates to Program Manager as well as other stakeholders.
Tableau expertise required.
SQL expertise strongly preferred.
3+ years’ experience in workforce operations, business intelligence, or project management.
3+ years’ experience in analytics and data visualization.
Superior analytical capability to quickly understand FB people data infrastructure.
Demonstrated track record of building effective and engaging reporting solutions.
Flexibility to adapt to changing business requirements
Ability and desire to collaborate and work with stakeholders across various time zones
Effective problem solving capabilities and refined analytical skills
Flexibility to handle multiple tasks concurrently with acute attention to detail
