Recruitment Marketing Project Manager, Branded Recruiter Outreach (9989303)

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to deliver a branded outreach program that supports recruiters in promoting Facebook and our jobs via InMail and email outreach. This role is within the Attract function, part of the Recruiting Programs and Operations team.

Responsibilities

  • Discover and understand current ecosystem and existing models of recruiter outreach processes and materials across North America recruiting team 
  • Develop a framework, best practices and a toolkit to support recruiters in promotion Facebook and our jobs via InMail and email outreach 
  • Measure and track success metrics and outcomes of work streams to increase engagement of recruiter outreach 
  • Gather and leverage feedback and data to constantly refine best practices and tools, plus make recommendations for process improvement 
  • Lead program work streams with key stakeholders that will continuously improve and scale our branded recruiter outreach efforts, while working closely with our creative, compliance and recruiting teams 
  • Drive successful alignment among stakeholders in order to accomplish project and workstream plans, escalating risks and issues as appropriate 

 Skills

  • 5+ years of experience across recruiting or marketing programs
  • Proven skills in program management and strategy analysis with a data driven approach to solving problems and making recommendations 
  • Self-directed with strong time management and organizational skills, plus the ability to work across concurrent priorities 
  • Possesses excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence across stakeholders with attention to detail and thorough follow-up 
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity while moving program to operational excellence across processes and resources that achieve team effectiveness 
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Programs, Google Drive and Microsoft SharePoint
