This individual will oversee full training program oversight within a specific Business Unit. This will include management of training curriculum and facilitation/delivery for our employees. Collaboration with multiple stakeholders across our teams and key business partners to identify knowledge and skill gaps and deliver on the right needs for specific training and development opportunities. The candidate will also be responsible for driving awareness and communication of the individual training programs to maximize attendance across multiple locations. Development of class surveys to manage measurement related to effectiveness of training sessions, this includes but not limited to survey development and development of readout materials related to the training survey results. Act as a point of intake for learning request from our teams. Some travel may be required to conduct ‘in-class’ review sessions and delivering localized training needs analysis sessions. Vendor management where needed for content development and training facilitators.
