[V2C] On-boarding Coordinator

Coordinate and provide admin support for various programs and systems
Coordinate and confirm pre-hire logistics and communications
Manage, audit and respond to the Onboarding Mailbox
Manage internal social media platform group for new hires to ensure content is kept up-to-date, posting questions, etc.
Develop onboarding collaterals, resources, and communications
Develop processes for Online Onboarding Tool that maintains content
Provide support for surveys, SharePoint, program reporting, and metrics
Regularly update content on all resources for Onboarding and Employee Experience Team maintains
Manage an intake process for onboarding stakeholders
Order supplies and giveaways for training and events
Acting as a point of contact for new hires for any pre and post onboarding questions
Other duties as assigned
