Learning & Development Program Specialist (9280895)

Coordinate, execute, and actively manage blended learning programs and corporate initiatives. Utilize knowledge of adult learning styles, training design, group dynamics, interactive learning methods, quality improvement processes and group process facilitation to enhance program portfolio. Facilitate small and large group sessions in an engaging manner to a range of audiences. Serve as a project manager for signature programs, manage program logistics, communications, and process improvements. Identify opportunities to supplement instructor-led training with eLearning content and support learning management system (LMS) administration. Partner with HR teams and business stakeholders to ensure program alignment and cross-functional awareness. Proven project management experience.
