Localise globally & regionally created marketing materials to up to 12 countries across up to 8 verticals. Research data points, insights, imagery and case studies to ensure high-quality localisation of marketing materials. Localise these materials across multiple marketing channels including web pages, emails, social media posts, sales presentations, handouts, etc.
Refresh and maintain core vertical sales presentations (data, imagery, case studies, etc.) so they are never more than 12 months old
Manage upload and tagging of all material on the internal knowledge management sysyem, create a consistent system across the verticals
Work with the always-on communications manager to ensure content is available at the right time in the right format in the right language etc.
Manage translations for all vertical content. Work with country marketing managers to ensure translations are accurate and approved.
Write great English-language copy
International outlook, ideally speak and write more than one European language
Numerate, good analytical skills
Ability to manage a lot of detail & versions with precision and rigour
Spreadsheet, wordprocessing, presentation software skills to a good level
Content management system skills
Solid understanding of email, websites, social media, events, advertising and advertorials as marketing channels
Able to research the right data, imagery and context to meet a given brief
