Process Engineer (9029309)

- Work closely with the research, engineering and facility staff to execute prescribed design of experiments, and process runs.

- Operate Lithography, Clean, Deposition, Metrology, and/or Plasma tooling to test processes and build novel electro-optical devices

- Utilize AFM, SEM, profilometry, or other metrology tools to characterize substrate and its topography to assist with the fabrication flow

- Document and communicate deviations from the process expectations

- Follow all safety protocols. Identify gaps in protocol and make recommendations for improvement proactively

- Document the results of the characterization

- Support staff for tool modifications and maintenance

- Comfortable working in evening shifts (4pm-12am)

- Understanding of semiconductor processes & support metrology

- Able to execute work accurately on a standard test protocols

- Excellent interpersonal communication skills

- Very good knowledge of personal computer, MS Office

- Proved ability to identify and recover from unexpected fab tool malfunctioning

- (Preferred) 5+ years of experience as semiconductor technician preferred

- (Desired) Knowledge of SEM, AFM and other characterization tools

- (Preferred) Bachelor's in Materials, Science, Chemistry, Engineering, Physics or related subject preferred
