In order for Recruiting to be successful and effectively carry out its strategic mission, Recruiters, Sourcers, Coordinators, XFN teams and Leads/Managers must be equipped with the technical and professional skills required of their role and level. Recruiting Learning is looking for a Leadership Development Program owner to help create, organize and deliver customized training offerings that will provide continuous development opportunities for our Manager community. This position will be responsible for partnering closely with Recruiting leadership, Recruiting subject matter experts, Recruiting Learning’s Instructional Design function and XFN teams who can provide necessary input when it comes to curriculum design, development and delivery. This is a full-time contract position, reporting to Recruiting Learning’s Global Learning Manager and is based in Menlo Park or Sunnyvale.



  • Partner with Recruiting leadership, Functional area-aligned resources and XFN partners to understand the learning needs of our Manager community
  • Partner with Recruiting Learning leadership, Functional area-aligned resources to prioritize these learning needs for the purpose of establishing a Recruiting Learning roadmap
  • Ensure strategic alignment with global L&D manager competency frameworks
  • Facilitate delivery of manager offerings to include onboarding
  • Partner with instructional design resources to establish a curriculum for Managers that provides development opportunities at each management level
  • Program manage the implementation of high priority learning projects for Managers – from ideation through design, delivery and measurement
  • Drive adoption and manage the delivery of the resulting learning interventions
  • Manage measurement activities aimed at understanding the impact of learning interventions
  • Contribute to measurement reports that are shared with Recruiting leadership on a quarterly basis
  • Drive continuous improvement into existing Recruiting Learning processes and learning interventions





Minimum Qualifications


  • 6 years of experience in learning project design and development across various modalities and delivery platforms
  • 4 years of experience partnering to design and developing learning interventions and programs for online and in-person delivery
  • 6 years of project management experience
  • 4 years of experience delivering and facilitating leadership development content and programs


Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience working in/with Recruiting organizations
  • Experience building manager specific learning content/interventions
  • Experience working with global teams on global learning interventions

Bachelors or equivalent work experience
