In order for Recruiting to be successful and effectively carry out its strategic mission, Recruiters, Sourcers, Coordinators, XFN teams and Leads/Managers must be equipped with the technical and professional skills required of their role and level. Recruiting Learning is looking for a Leadership Development Program owner to help create, organize and deliver customized training offerings that will provide continuous development opportunities for our Manager community. This position will be responsible for partnering closely with Recruiting leadership, Recruiting subject matter experts, Recruiting Learning’s Instructional Design function and XFN teams who can provide necessary input when it comes to curriculum design, development and delivery. This is a full-time contract position, reporting to Recruiting Learning’s Global Learning Manager and is based in Menlo Park or Sunnyvale.
